2. CASSAVA PEELING MACHINE for tapioca chips making: wash the cassava roots to remove the surface sand, silt, and peel the cassava roots to remove the outer brown skin and partial inner thick cream layer, also avoid over damaging of raw materials. NOTE: If you want to remove the inner thick cream layer completely, it's neccessary to use manpower or soak the cassava tubers in water then remove it by handwork.

2. If you choose to use the cassava strips cutting machine, the materials enter high speed rotating cutting blade to be cut into slices, then enter circular cutter blade to be cut into strips, the final product is Dried Rectangular Strips.
3. If you choose to use the cassava cubes cutting machine, the materials enter high speed rotating cutting blade to be cut into chips, then enter circular cutter blade to be cut into strips, and again enter cross cutter blade to be cut into Dried Cube or Cuboid.
