1:cassava peeling machine:

The cassava peeler is specially designed for cassava processing, used for washing and peeling the tuberous materials like cassava and yam etc.

It can wash the cassava roots to remove the surface stains and dirts, and peel the cassava roots to remove the outer brown skin and partial inner thick cream layer, also avoid over damaging of raw materials.

Note: If you want to remove the inner thick cream layer completely, it's neccessary to use manpower or soak the cassava tubers in water then remove it by handwork.

For large-scale garri dehydrating, plate frame filter press can be used, which has good dehydration effect, large processing capacity and high degree of automation. In the dehydration stage, the water in the cassava pulp is mainly discharged by physical pressure, which is convenient for the next step of frying.
